Can I register on behalf of a relative or a friend?
Yes you can.
In fact it is very common, number of profiles being registered by parents,
siblings, relatives and friends. In the registration form you can
specify your relationship with the person on whose behalf you're registering.
All correspondence from interested prospects will be sent to the email address
that you will specify in your registration form.

How long does it take to register and create a profile?
Registration and basic profile creation can be completed with in 5 - 10
minutes.
In two easy steps you can register and post your basic matrimonial profile. You
can provide additional details, like your photograph, horoscope data, and
partner profile later at your convenience. Keep remember the more details your
provide in your profile the better responses you will get.

Why a profile can be rejected?
In order to provide you good quality services, we review each and every profile
before making it available for search in our active database.
Profiles and images found with vulgar or abusive contents are rejected
immediately. All such contents will be deleted without notice.
Profiles created with lack of seriousness will be notified of our concern and
given a chance to change the contents.
Another reason profile can not be approved if descriptions in your own
words (e.g. Profile Description, Family Background, Partner
Description) contain any type of direct contact information like email id,
messenger ID, website URL, phone number, contact address etc.

How confidential is my profile?
Your personal information (name, email, contact address and password) is kept
completely confidential. Members can only see your photos and information that
you post in your profile.

What should I write in my profile description?
Profile description is very important part of your complete profile, what you
write here will reflect your overall personality.
Putting some extra time to prepare your profile description is a worth although
it is question for life time. Consider your individual attitudes and values,
sense of style and even humor in this section. Here are some suggested topics
to write about:
Describe how your friends and family may describe your personality.
Your attitude towards life, work and relationships
Your goals in life
Your hobbies and interests
We also recommend you to pay equal attention to write family background and
partner profile description in respective sections.
A profile with good description and complete details get increased number of
responses comparatively. |

What is partner profile?
The partner profile describes your preferences for a desired partner. Your
partner profile will be displayed along with your personal profile to all
members. Other members can view your partner profile and take into
consideration before initiating contact with you.
You can also create/edit your partner profile from our advanced search page
after Sign-In with your credentials. Additionally you can describe more about
your expectation and desired partner in the
Partner Profile form under My Info
section.

If you have forgotten your password, no problem, we can send it to you on your

What is “Remember me” option?
“Remember me ” option facilitates you in Sign-In every time
you visit the site. By choosing this option your computer will be authorized to
Sign-In automatically whenever you will visit the site, and you won’t require
to enter your password every time to access your personal information.
Selecting this option is safe only if you are sure that your computer is not
shared by unauthorized persons. If you share your computer with other persons
then you should not select this option.

textbox and click Go button.

How can I change my Email Address?
1. Click on My Info tab button on
top of the page
2. If not already signed-in enter your user id and password
3. Click Account on left navigation
menu
4. Update your email address and click on Submit to save the
updated information |

How can I hide my profile?
1. Click on My Info tab button
on top of the page
2. If not already signed-in enter your user id and password
3. Click Preferences on left navigation menu
4. Select the option Hide Profile and click on Submit
button. Your profile will be hidden from the immediate effect. |

How can I permanently remove my profile?
1. Click on My Info tab button on
top of the page
2. If not already signed-in enter your user id and password
3. Click Preferences on left navigation menu
4. Select the option Remove my account and click on Submit
button.
Note: Once your account is removed all the information and data related to your
profile will be deleted and can not be recovered. You will not be able to
Sign-In from immediate effect. |

What should I do to add my photograph?
First select your Photos carefully your photos should communicate your
personality. The first photo should be a headshot and the others can be more
creative. Just remember to make them clear, recent and in-focus!
Do not send composite/collage or indecent photos. We reserve the right to
choose whether to post, edit or reject any photo.
Convert your photos to computer file format JPEG (JPEG file format is recommend
for reason of good quality and compact size) If you do not have your photos in
computer file format then you need to scan your photos with the help of
scanner.
Use Image editor or scanner application to convert the files into jpeg file
format. Once you are ready with your photo files, you can use any of
following methods to send us your photos.
